2438 - MachXO2: What is the XO2 Primary port I2C address "yyyxxxxx11" for, and how is it used?
The purpose of this command is to reset the internal I2C command processing FIFO. In the case where a programming/configuration transaction to yyyxxxxx00 was interrupted, the internal I2C FIFO may contain previous transaction data. Any primary I2C transaction to address yyyxxxxx11 will cause the FIFO to clear. (The action is keyed to the Slave Address match. Any following I2C data is ignored.) Subsequent transactions to address yyyxxxxx00 will be cleanly processed.

For the dual-boot, the Primary is configured and located at 0x000000. The jump table is usually located at the last part of the address, thus the jump instruction should not be affected. Please refer to FPGA-TN-02145 sections 3 and 3.1 for Dual Boot ...

5287 - Should the USRMCLK be used only when the device is in MSPI mode or if it is needed to disable the MasterSPI port to generate your own MasterSPI controller?
To enable the same SPI pins used in configuration, to User SPI, the pins need to be persistent. The user SPI control should connect the User SPI signals to those pins. The MCLK is not a GPIO pin, and can be used in User SPI. The MCLK can select ...
