To reliably reset the POWR605, you should use a minimum of a 10us wide reset pulse. While a faster pulse (as short as a few hundred nanoseconds) will often reset the part, a 10us minimum should be used to ensure reliable operation.
The minimum width check for LOADN/MOVE/DIRECTION signal is 2,500 ps. The delay setting is effective only after minimum time of 810 ps after the falling edge of MOVE signal.
