"Differential mV" is the DC voltage measured across the 100ohm termination at the receiver when the IOs are fully switched to one state. "RS" is the resistor attached to the "true" output IO, attach another same value resistor to the "compliment" IO. "RP" is the termination resistor attached to the two series R's that terminate the sending side of the emulated LVDS network to give an effective 100ohm differential output impedance.
The "Differentail mV" and 100ohm differential output impedance values are approximate and depend both on the output resistance of a fully switched 8ma IO (about 26 ohms), and the tolerance of the RS and RP resistors. For best performance, place the RS and RP resistors as close as possible to the output IO pins, and place the RT 100 ohm termination resistor as close as possible to the receiver input pins.
