6239 - Synplify Pro: Where to get the detailed information regarding the error code in synthesis?
Description:
After synthesizing the design files while setting the SynplifyPro as synthesis tool, Radiant environment will provide the warnings and errors seen by the synthesis tool, however, detailed information can only be provided inside the Synplify Pro OEM.
Solution:
To check the full description of the error code, do the following
- Go to "Tools">>"Synplify Pro for Lattice" or click the icon on the Lattice Diamond taskbar
- Locate "Run" then Re-synthesize the design.
- Check and select the errors under the "Run Status".
- Select one of the error link on the "Source Location" under "Messages".
- The Synplify Pro for Lattice tool will automatically point you towards the location of the error in the source file.
