MachXO5D-NX Silicon, Software Compatibility and License Strings Required

Overview

This article provides a consolidated overview of the required tool version compatibility, license strings and special considerations for different Lattice MachXO5D-NX device variants using Lattice Radiant and Lattice Propel.
The goal is to help engineers quickly determine the correct license, version support, and limitations when working with MachXO5D-NX different silicons.
Notes
To request for the Software Patch and License strings mentioned below, please file a Software Control Pack Request ticket with Lattice Technical Support.
Once your request is approved, you will receive an email notification containing the FTP link to download the requested Software Control Pack installer. A separate email will be sent with your updated license, including the required license string for the requested software version
