Description: When TPS2 is used during link training, intermittent occurrences have been observed where the DisplayPort IP internal deskew logic latches onto an incorrect test pattern alignment and is unable to recover.
As a result, the DisplayPort IP RX detects the misalignment condition, generates an HPD interrupt, and drops interlane alignment to request the transmitter (TX) to initiate retraining. This behavior may appear as intermittent link instability during the TPS2 phase.
Resolution: This issue will be addressed in the next version of the DisplayPort IP release.
