6614 - Diamond and Radiant Programmer: Is it possible to assign HW-USBN-2B to a dedicated FTUSB number?

The port of the Programming cable is assigned by the Windows Plug and Play feature and the FTDI drivers. It will be assigned based on the order in which the cable is plugged in first. Currently, there is no method to switch off this behavior and make it always have FTUSB-0.
