When reading out the encryption key in Nexus device, there is a default value. Is this expected?

Nexus devices have the following default encryption key values:

For Crosslink-NX, Certus NX, and Mach NX: 0x879F371503CA018D59404E51DC7F63FD80B72E6512DA218DA38E6E46D9687A94

For MachXO5, Certus Pro NX, and newer devices: 0x0000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000

If the readout is anything other than the readouts above, then OTP bits are already programmed.
