7422 - Radiant 2023.2 SP1: How to resolve Radiant not launching after updating to Radiant 2023.2 SP1 (2023.2.1.288)?
Some users who installed the 2023.2 SP1 update may encounter issues launching the software due to the /ispfgpa/bin/nt64/libbasct.dll file being protected and might be blocked by their anti-virus programs or by certain IT policies on the user's machine.
To check if the Radiant crash is due to this reason, please do the following:
1. Check if the /ispfgpa/bin/nt64/libbasct.dll file exists or not.
2. If the libbasct.dll file doesn�t exist, please ask your IT to check the log and see whether this file is blocked by an anti-virus tool. If blocked, please let your IT to add the file into allow list and then re-install Radiant.
3. If libbasct.dll exists, please replace it with the non-protect file version. Download the file in below FTP link below and then try running again:
