2619 - High temperature is observed on Lattice development/evaluation board and user application cannot afford these temperatures, can Lattice help me ?

The Lattice evaluation/demo boards are developed with an intention to demonstrate the functionality of the device. The development boards are for your reference (specifically schematics and evaluation of design), and we do not do  mechanical or thermal analysis as one would do to make a production module. 
 
The Lattice Power Calculator helps to estimate the  Junction Temperature of the device, but user must note that with many other devices populated on the board, the power calculator may not emulate the true scenario as that of your board.

The customers are responsible to involve mechanical engineers and do a thermal analysis as PCB design level.
