1159 - ispLEVER: Can ispVM System program ispClock or ispPAC-POWR products?
Yes, ispVM System can be used to program ispClock or ispPAC-POWR devices. User will need to use Pac-Designer to create a JEDEC or Serial Vector Format (.SVF) file to program these devices with ispVM System. The JEDEC file can be created from the Pac-Designer tool bar or by using the File --> Export feature. The Serial Vector Format (.SVF) file is created using the File --> Export feature.
The ispVM System software will allow user to program the device from the JEDEC file by placing the device in the JTAG chain list as with other Lattice devices. It also allows user to program the device from the SVF file either through the SVF Debugger feature (under the ispTools menu) or by placing the device in the JTAG chain list as type "JTAG-SVF."
